Educational Objectives
General Objectives
- Provide students with fundamental scientific and theoretical knowledge in applied mechanics, mechanical design, and energy systems.
- Qualify students to use modern engineering software (CAD/CAM/CAE) for the design, analysis, and simulation of mechanical systems.
- Develop students’ practical and laboratory skills in manufacturing, machine operation, and mechanical maintenance.
- Equip students with the ability to analyze engineering problems, diagnose faults, and propose suitable practical solutions.
- Build students’ capacity to work within multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage small and medium-sized projects.
- Reinforce commitment to engineering professional ethics and occupational and environmental safety standards.
- Develop technical communication skills and the ability to prepare engineering reports and presentations in Arabic and English.
- Instill a spirit of lifelong learning and awareness of recent technological developments in applied mechanics engineering.
