The Technical Engineering College / Mosul was established in 1993 as one of the constituent colleges of Northern Technical University, which operates under the supervision of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The college is located in Mosul, Nineveh Governorate, on the left bank of the city, along Celebration Platform Street.
