Vision

To build a technical higher education system within a dynamic academic and applied framework, where quality is a shared responsibility embraced by all stakeholders. The system is founded on meeting the needs of the labor market in alignment with the changing external environment, enabling the college to achieve a distinguished position among leading international academic institutions.

Mission

To provide high-quality technical higher education by keeping pace with the rapid technological advancements worldwide and responding to the evolving requirements of curriculum development. The college is committed to strengthening the foundations of human development by equipping graduates with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience required to meet labor market demands, while ensuring and maintaining the quality of the intended learning outcomes.

Objectives

  1. Prepare qualified technical professionals at various academic levels (Bachelor’s, Higher Diploma, and Master’s) with the scientific knowledge and practical skills required to utilize modern technologies and integrate effectively into the workforce upon graduation through prior exposure to real working environments.

  2. Complete the vertical expansion of the existing engineering disciplines by introducing Higher Diploma and Doctoral programs within the college’s postgraduate studies.

  3. Strengthen the horizontal expansion of the college’s engineering disciplines by establishing new engineering programs in addition to the existing ones, thereby achieving academic diversification and integration.

  4. Promote education and training through active engagement with the community and its institutions, contributing to the preparation of a well-educated generation capable of meeting the demands of various sectors of the labor market.

  5. Foster collaboration with local, Arab, and international academic institutions to keep pace with scientific and technological developments through the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and academic experiences.

  6. Establish strategic partnerships with the public and private sectors, as well as civil society organizations, to benefit from the expertise of external members in making key decisions within the College Council and the Industrial Advisory Council.

  7. Adopt sustainable development principles and practices to achieve a green and environmentally sustainable campus.
